This information security policy describes how we, the AMO (Association of MultiSports Organisations), are committed to ensuring your information is secure.
We maintain a secure process for the collection, transmission, and storage of your personal information.
We suggest website users keep their browsers up to date to ensure a high level of security is maintained. If you use an old browser it may make it harder for you to use modern websites or could allow malicious websites to read your files, steal passwords and infect your computer.
We no longer support older versions of Internet Explorer.
Your personal information is protected by encryption, so it cannot be read as it is transmitted over the internet. The encrypted data is transmitted using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection.
Look for one or more of these "secure connection" indicators on your browser before providing any personal information:
When you set up an account as part of the sign up process. Personal information is transferred to a secure database using a secure transfer mechanism.
Your account details are stored securely in the Plus1% database held securely within the Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.
Each time you log on to Plus1%, you will be asked to enter your email address and password. Please keep your password confidential.
For additional security, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) may be used on some websites which have more adminsitrative capability. Where MFA is used, a secondary mobile device is required to login.
You can change your password and any personal information we hold about you at any time. You can do this by logging in, clicking on the top right icon or menu and then selecting "Change Password".
If we notice multiple logins to your account from different location within a short period, you will receive an email notification to your primary email so that you can consider taking action such as changing your password.
